Launched in San Francisco at the height of the late 1990s Internet boom, K4 was founded with the idea of bringing high-end technology and high-quality know-how to small- and medium-size enterprises without the high-end budgets.
Since moving to Cambodia in 2001, we have continued to pursue our original mission while expanding into the consulting field. We have done work for high profile organizations such as the European Union, The UN and the Ministry of Education, and for well-known companies including The Royal Group, The FCC Cambodia and the Phnom Penh Post.
